My Order Step 3: Amazon – customer return

STEP 3:   AMAZON:   I have ordered the wrong item / need to exchange it / cancel it

If you have just ordered it and have not yet received it please ring us on 01262 671169 to get the order stopped a.s.a.p. As we dispatch orders so quickly any delay can result in the item being dispatched so please ring for the best chance to cancel an order.

Note:  If you do not have access to a printer, alternatively you can simply leave the items in the package with the same original address label, and put back in the post marking it very clearly ‘RETURN TO SENDER’.    This can take longer so please try if possible to use the returns label if possible.   In this scenario always ensure you include a brief note explaining why its been returned ( so we know if you want a refund or replacement ) and quote your order ref number.
