STEP 3:  EBAY:  I have ordered the wrong item / need to exchange it or cancel it

If you have just ordered it and have not yet received it please ring us on 01262 671169 to get the order stopped a.s.a.p. As we dispatch orders so quickly any delay can result in the item being dispatched so please ring for the best chance to cancel an order.

Next you will need to then just cancel the item within ebay.  New ebay rules mean we cannot refund orders without been cancelled by the buyer first.

This is a simple task via the resolution centre. So please follow this link and select ‘cancel the transaction’. This is the quickest and easiest way to have the order refunded.

If the item has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the instructions below to complete a return.


If you have received your item and its not what you wanted or isn’t suitable….please use this link below to print a returns form:

Note:  If you do not have access to a printer, alternatively you can simply leave the items in the package with the same original address label, and put back in the post marking it very clearly ‘RETURN TO SENDER’.    This can result in longer delays and more lost items so please try if possible to use the returns label.  Please try to always ensure you include a brief note explaining why its been returned ( so we know if you want a refund or replacement ) and quote the order ref numbers.
