STEP 3: EBAY – WHERE IS MY ITEM:
Our items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of and the delivery time is normally 3-4 working days from placing the order ( not including weekends and bank holiday ).
For non UK items: the European orders can take up to 10-15 working days.
Orders outside Europe can take 15 to 21 working days ( so up to nearly 4 weeks ) so please be patient!
If it has been longer than this, two of the most common reasons for an orders non-arrival, is items going to another address ( if people use more than one address ) and the other is the postal services leaving a card when no one is home ( and that sometimes is mislaid ) so they can be worth double checking.
If its within that timeframe please be patient as 99% of all deliveries do eventually arrive.
If it is beyond the normal time frame mentioned above and you still have not got the item please then the next step is:
1, If you still want the item, email us on email@example.com . Let us just know your ebay ref numbers so we can locate the order and re-send it. If you can confirm your delivery address too we can ensure we have not got any mistake where it should be sent.
- If you no longer want the item, ebay require you to process this via the resolution centre. So please follow this link and select ‘buyer and seller agree to cancel the transaction’. This is the quickest and easiest way to have the order refunded.
